Tierra Verde Yacht Brokerage, Inc., is located in Tierra Verde, Florida, at the southern tip of St. Petersburg, on the way to Fort Desoto State Park. In 1990 we started out as a new boat dealership doing some brokerage business and evolved into an exclusive brokerage house.
Situated on the intracoastal waterway, with 75 deepwater slips and 350 high & dry slips we can facilitate, maintain, market, and finance any vessel!

Jimmy started his mechanical career in excavating equipment. In 1989, he began working at a shipyard doing everything from operating large vessels to doing many types of marine repairs. He is a high performance boat enthusiast and is formerly Mercruiser Certified. He is a licensed broker and USCG 100-ton Master Captain. When he isn’t working, you can find him hanging out with his family!
Charlie started commissioning in 1975 and has worked up and down the east coast including the Caribbean and also having been a charter captain on a 60′ ketch in the Virgin Islands. He has been a USCG licensed 100-ton Master Mariner since the 1970’s and became one of the first (#266) licensed brokers in Florida. You can often find him on his 37′ Catamaran, “Charka”.
